In 2026, we celebrate thirty years since the opening and dedication of our church building, a milestone not of bricks and timber, but of grace and faithfulness.

Through these thirty years, God has shaped this place into more than a building. It has been a gathering space where prayers have risen, lives have been shared, and the love of Christ has taken flesh in acts of service, hospitality, and hope. God has worked through this community to comfort the grieving, welcome the searching, challenge the complacent, and nurture disciples for the life of the world.

As we mark this anniversary, we do so in gratitude for the countless ways God’s Spirit has moved among us, through worship, laughter, tears, and the quiet persistence of faith. We look forward with renewed trust in God’s continuing work, believing that the story begun here thirty years ago is still unfolding in and through us.

We invite you to join us in thanksgiving and celebration. Together we will rejoice in what God has done, recognise what God is still doing, and share hope for what God will yet bring to life among us.

Accordingly, you are warmly invited to attend the 30th Anniversary Celebration of the Gladstone Uniting Church building on Sunday, 19 April 2026 at 9:15 am, held at the Gladstone Uniting Church. This service will be a time of worship and celebration, giving thanks to God for the life that has been nurtured in this place over three decades.
